About the internship We are seeking for a Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads to drive the sales pipeline. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by identifying potential opportunities, initiating outreach, and ensuring smooth lead transitions. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Lead Identification: Research and identify new prospects using innovative tools. 2. Outbound Outreach: Initiate cold outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to engage potential leads. 3. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass high-potential opportunities to the sales team. 4. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in our CRM. 5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to optimize lead generation strategies. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals. 7. Performance Tracking: Monitor lead generation KPIs and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
