About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Connecting with clients through chat platforms to build and maintain strong relationships 2. Addressing client queries and providing prompt assistance with their concerns 3. Ensuring timely communication and updates to keep clients informed 4. Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver seamless support 5. Collecting feedback from clients and sharing insights to improve services 6. Maintaining a positive and professional tone during all client interactions 7.
