Job description Junior Sales Associate (3-Month Probation | Full-Time Opportunity) Location: Kolkata (On-site, No Work-f rom-Home) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 7 PMDuratrong>ion: 3-Month Internship (with the potential for a full-time role) About Us: Artemist is a leading art consultancy specializing in curating and creating artworks for luxury hotels, residences, and corporate spaces. We are looking for a Junior Sales Intern who is passionate about art and design, eager to learn the business side of the art world, and excited to engage with clients. This 3-month probation internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in art sales and consulting, with a strong possibility of a full-time role based on performance. Role & Responsibilities: • Client Interaction: Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and communicate Artemist’s offerings.Takin • g Briefs & Pitching: Gather client briefs, assist in preparing sales proposals, and participate in sales presentations.Creat • ive Research & Referencing: Conduct research on art trends, materials, and references to create compelling sales pitches.Sales • & Business Development: Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients.Prese • ntation & Documentation: Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and pitches.Colla • boration: Work closely with designers and the marketing team to align sales efforts with creative projects.Marke • t Awareness: Stay updated on art trends, industry movements, and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies. Eligibility & Requirements: • Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.Passi • on for Art & Design: A strong inclination towards art is mandatory, as this role involves selling artworks, prints, and installations.Commu • nication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with high-end clients, architects, and designers.Softw • are Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for sales presentations and proposals.Adapt • ability & Teamwork: Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with various teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Commi • tment: Must be available full-time at our Kolkata studio (Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 7 PM).
