About the job Key responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ideal candidate profiles 2. Source and attract potential candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks 3. Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and evaluate technical and interpersonal skills 4. Manage the recruitment pipeline from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth process and positive candidate experience 5. Conduct reference checks, extend offers, and negotiate employment terms as needed 6. Track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring strategies 7. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in IT recruitment Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (preferred but not required) 2. Understanding of technical roles and IT terminology 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4.
