About the job Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy 2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent 3. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the organization 4. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manage end-to-end recruitment processes 5. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues 6. Design compensation and benefits packages and implement them 7. Design and develop employee-friendly work policies, update existing ones, and ensure they are followed at the organization level 8. Manage employee onboarding, inductions, and exit management processes 9. Manage attendance and payroll cycles, along with HR-related contracts and letters 10. Execute, oversee, and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance 11. Monitor and track HR metrics 12.
