About the internship Role Overview:We're seeking a creative and motivated Journalism Researcher (Interns) to assist with research for documentary projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about journalism and documentary filmmaking, eager to contribute ideas and learn through hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in conducting in-depth research for documentary projects, ensuring that the information is accurate, current, and relevant. Source and curate content (interviews, archival materials, etc.) for documentaries. Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills. Ability to think critically and creatively when sourcing information and developing ideas. Support the production team by providing research assistance during pre-production, production, and post-production phases. Keen interest in the media industry, especially documentary filmmaking and investigative journalism. A proactive approach to tasks with a willingness to take initiative. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Requirement: A Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field. Strong passion for journalism and documentary filmmaking. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Creative, curious, and proactive with a willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with research tools is a plus.
