Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sales: Increase Jodo's market share by engaging in consultative selling by pitching Jodo's financial products to customers at offline events and through telesales. Build long-term relationships with customers, think on your feet, and understand the customer's pulse to pitch appropriately. Maintain resilience to handle rejections and ensure they do not affect the pitch for the next customer.
2. Resourceful: Continuously think of ways to generate new leads, experiment with different pitching approaches, and add value to the firm in various ways beyond the core responsibilities.
3. Persistence: Remain determined with customers while being pleasant and respectful; engage and persuade effectively without taking "no" for an answer.
4. Diligence in follow-ups: Take ownership of every lead and ensure thorough follow-ups until closure.
5. Customer feedback: Understand customer concerns and relay them back to the product team to facilitate improvements in the product and application process.
