IT Support Specialist (Wix & WordPress Developer)

About the internship Inorbvict Group is seeking a skilled IT support specialist with expertise in both Wix and WordPress development to join our team. This role will focus on providing technical support, developing and maintaining web content, and ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital platforms. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Website development: Design, develop, and maintain websites using Wix, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ensure all websites are responsive, functional, and aligned with user experience best practices. 2. Technical support: Provide first-line support for issues related to Wix and WordPress websites, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for end-users promptly. 3. Content management: Assist with creating and managing website content, including text, images, and multimedia on both Wix and WordPress platforms. Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and supports business objectives. 4. User training: Conduct training sessions for clients and internal team members on effectively using the Wix and WordPress platforms for site management and updates. 5. Performance monitoring: Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics for Wix and WordPress sites. Implement improvements based on performance data to enhance website speed, SEO, and user experience. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, to ensure website functionality aligns with business goals across both platforms. 7. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of processes, issues, and solutions related to Wix and WordPress development and support.
