About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users. 2. Provide technical support for both onsite and remote employees. 3. Support routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and performance monitoring. 4. Assist in configuring and deploying new hardware and software as required. 5. Monitor and maintain the organization's local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity. 6. Assist in setting up VPNs and securing remote access for users.
