Education: Graduate from a reputed college in English, Commerce, or Psychology. Alternatively, candidates with 1 year of experience will also be considered. 3. Interest Areas: Must have a keen interest in organizational psychology, gestalt psychology, and the humanistic approach. 4. Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, especially for interacting with US-based clients. 5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Power BI, with the ability to present and analyze data effectively. 6. Social Media Management: Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, demonstrating a proven ability to reach out to C-suite executives for their functional requirements. 7. IT Consultancy and Lead Generation: Should have a fair understanding of IT consultancy services and lead generation processes.
