About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Preparing collateral materials for transactions, including pitch books and presentations 2. Coordinating transaction management with internal teams and clients for timely, accurate material delivery 3. Conducting market research and industry analysis to support deal execution 4. Tracking deal timelines, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines 5. Assisting in financial analysis, data collection, and valuation modeling 6.
