Job description Project Overview: • Understand Attrition Trends: Dive deep into why clients are leaving 5paisa or shifting to competitors. • Identify Key Gaps: Analyze client feedback to identify gaps in our services and propose remedial steps to bring these clients back. • Competition Benchmarking: Conduct research on competitors and gain valuable insights to improve the client experience at 5paisa. The project will cover the entire client journey, from account opening to trading to account closure.
