Job description Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Duration: 3 Months Type: Internship (Full-time) About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about recruiting and looking to gain hands-on experience in the talent acquisition process. You will support the hiring process by sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates for various roles within the organization. Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination. ● Source potential candidates from various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools. ● Conduct initial candidate screenings through phone calls or virtual interviews. ● Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the talent needs and job requirements. ● Help maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics. ● Assist in organizing recruitment drives, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives. ● Provide administrative support to the HR team on various talent-related tasks. ● Contribute to employer branding initiatives by posting jobs and sharing content on social media. Qualifications: ● Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ● Strong interest in recruitment and human resources. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. ● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS is a plus. ● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. ● Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
