About the internship ob Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads over the phone and closing deals with potential customers. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential customers via phone to generate sales leads Explain and promote our products/services to customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of all sales activities Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to obtain referrals for new business Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong phone presence and active listening skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Customer-oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of customers Language :- English , Hindi and any regional language is a plus Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 10th Dec'24 and 14th Jan'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests We are a technology startup catering to beauty and skincare areas.
