About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Reach out to potential customers (schools) via calls, emails, and social media. 2. Identify new opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads. 3. Maintain a healthy pipeline and track progress using CRM tools. 4. Understand and demonstrate the features of digital content products (e-learning, online courses, etc.) and ERP solutions (school management systems, fee management, attendance, etc.). 5. Stay up-to-date with product developments and competitor offerings. 6. Deliver engaging product presentations and online demos to decision-makers (principals, directors, IT heads). 7. Identify customer pain points and tailor the pitch accordingly. 8. Handle pricing discussions, address objections, and negotiate terms. 9. Drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships. 10. Work with legal and finance teams to close agreements smoothly. 11. Coordinate with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns. 12. Work closely with customer success teams to ensure smooth product onboarding. 13. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 14. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
