About the internship
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to develop a robust lead pipeline.
Engagement with Senior Stakeholders: Conduct effective outreach to senior stakeholders in large enterprises, nurturing relationships and positioning CashFlo's solution.
Product Knowledge and Presentation: Acquire in-depth knowledge of CashFlo's SaaS-based AP automation platform and present its value proposition convincingly.
Qualification and Handover: Qualify leads based on criteria and collaborate with the sales team for seamless transition of qualified leads.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Reporting and Metrics: Maintain accurate CRM records and regularly report on KPIs such as conversion rates and outreach effectiveness.
You'll excel if you possess:
Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adapting communication styles for senior stakeholders.
Sales Acumen: Showcase a proven track record in sales or business development, with familiarity in sales methodologies and techniques.
Product Knowledge: Previous experience in a SaaS product company is desirable, coupled with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Strategic Thinking: Exhibit strategic thinking in identifying business growth opportunities and proactive problem-solving skills.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly with sales and marketing

CashFlo is an early-stage fintech startup based out of Mumbai. It is a first-of-its-kind private exchange for working capital addressing a $300 billion market of SME credit in India. We're on a mission to solve one of the biggest pain points of businesses in India and globally - that of access to short-term credit. Lack of access to timely credit is one of the biggest reasons companies go bankrupt or are unable to grow. On the other hand, the availability of timely credit has a direct impact on any country's GDP. We are solving this problem by creating a private exchange for businesses to get access to collateral-free short-term capital on demand. While there are several startups in the larger SME lending space, few are solving the problem at a scale or in a manner that we are looking to solve. We are currently operating in stealth and witnessing strong market traction.
