About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Research and identify potential customers or business leads. 2. Utilize online databases, social media, and other tools to build a list of prospects. 3. Update and maintain the CRM system with customer information, leads, and sales activities. 4. Assist in tracking customer interactions to ensure follow-up and engagement. 5. Make initial contact with leads through calls or emails to introduce the company's products and services. 6. Qualify leads by gathering information on their needs and interest levels. 7. Assist senior sales representatives with tasks such as setting up meetings, preparing sales presentations, and following up on customer inquiries. 8. Help draft proposals, contracts, and sales documents. 9. Conduct research on competitors and market trends to inform sales strategies. 10. Gather data on customer preferences and feedback. 11. Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data to assist decision-making. 12. Report on lead generation progress, customer feedback, and other relevant KPIs. 13. Respond to inbound calls, emails, or chats to address basic customer questions and guide them through the sales funnel. 14. Assist with processing orders, handling documentation, and ensuring orders are accurate. 15. Support sales campaigns by helping organize webinars, product demos, and email marketing initiatives. 16. Actively learn about the company's products and services to better assist customers and sales teams. 17. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
