About the internship Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Explain product features and benefits to customers. Handle customer queries and objections effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Follow up on leads and close sales.
