About the internship What are we looking for We are seeking dynamic Influencer Marketing Interns to join Scaler School of Technology's marketing team. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience and support the school's vision of excellence. Identify influencers relevant to Scaler School of Technology's target audience and goals. Initiate outreach and onboard influencers for campaigns across various platforms. Manage end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with SST's brand values. Collaborate with influencers to produce engaging and impactful content. Track, monitor, and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives. Maintain accurate records of influencer collaborations and campaign metrics. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Educational Background: B.Tech graduate (preferably in Computer Science or IT). Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT industry and education sector. Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and specific regional languages: Role 1: English, Hindi, and Marathi (Understanding Gujarati preferred). Role 2: English, Hindi, and two from Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam. Role 3: English, Hindi, and two from Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skills preferred). Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
