Job description HR Intern Job Description Position Title: HR Intern Reports to: HR Manager/HR Director We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. As an HR Intern, you will assist with various HR tasks, from recruitment to employee relations, helping us enhance the overall experience for our employees. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. • On boarding: Help with preparing on boarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have the necessary resources. • Employee Records: Assist in maintaining employee files and records, both physical and digital. • HR Policies: Support in the review and updating of HR policies, handbooks, and compliance documents. • Employee Engagement: Help organize employee events, surveys, and wellness programs. • Training & Development: Assist with the logistics of training sessions and seminars. • General Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative duties such as filing, answering employee inquiries, and preparing reports.
