Job description Job Role: HR Intern About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to gain practical experience in various aspects of Human Resources, including Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The intern will work closely with the HR team, supporting day-to-day activities and contributing to key projects. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: • Assisting with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. • Posting job openings on relevant platforms and job boards. • Conducting initial phone screens and scheduling interviews. • Maintaining accurate records of applicants and recruitment activities. • Participating in recruitment events and career fairs. HR Operations: • Providing administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and maintaining employee records. • Assisting with onboarding new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation. • Supporting employee relations activities, such as organizing company events and handling employee inquiries. • Assisting with the administration of HR policies and procedures. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
