We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition: • Learn and assist in recruiting sales professionals from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others. • Source and screen resumes to shortlist potential candidates. 2. Candidate Outreach & Follow-ups: • Make at least 50 calls daily to connect with potential candidates. • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates at different hiring stages. 3. Employee Engagement: • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities. • Support HR initiatives to maintain a positive and motivating work environment. Who Can Apply? • Freshers or students pursuing HR-related courses. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and job portals (preferred). • Enthusiastic about learning and growing in HR.
