Assisting with employee relations by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 4. Supporting HR projects such as performance management, training, and development initiatives. 5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. 6. Assisting with the coordination of company events and activities. 7. Demonstrating effective communication skills and English proficiency to interact with employees at all levels.
