About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1.Key Responsibilities: Design and Content Creation: Develop visually appealing designs for internal communications, including posters, banners, emailers, presentations, and newsletters for events and workshops. Create captivating LinkedIn posts and social media graphics to highlight organizational milestones, events, and employee achievements. Design creative assets for glimpses of events, including photo and video collages, infographics, and recap posts. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company's branding guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity across platforms. Event Collateral: Design event-related materials, such as invitations, standees, backdrops, certificates, and digital signages. Collaborate with event organizers to capture the essence of workshops and events through creative visuals. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the HR, Marketing, and Communications teams to understand project briefs and deliver impactful designs that meet communication objectives. Liaise with external vendors, photographers, and videographers for high-quality content creation, when required. Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to internal communications.
