About the internship Recruitment: - Source and scout candidates based on business requirements - Manage the full recruitment cycle and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates - Design and implement progressive sourcing strategies using networking, social media, professional associations, and organizations - Increase hiring process efficiency with creative strategies - Create weekly/monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics for the management team - Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and prepared - Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and necessary information - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies Onboarding Support: - Assist in the onboarding process by collecting required documents and coordinating orientation schedules - Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing queries and providing assistance as needed People Operations Tasks: - Handle various administrative tasks related to recruitment - Create and manage Employee Records - Manage other people operations activities Perks and Benefits: - Internship certificate and/or LOR based on performance - Market-competitive stipend - Hands-on exposure to working in a wealth space, directly involved in Human Resources Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 8th Nov'24 and 13th Dec'24 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests Client Associates (CA) is India's first and largest "Multi-Family Office Firm" founded by senior private bankers to provide a professional platform of private wealth management services in India.
