Assist with recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers 2. Support in onboarding new employees and processing employee documentation 3. Assist with employee relations by handling inquiries and resolving issues 4. Help with organizing training and development programs for employees 5. Maintain and update employee records and databases 6. Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management 7.
