About the internship Location: Work from Home Working Hours: 10am to 7pm.(Part time) Duration: 45 days Jobs and Responsibilities: 1. Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Support the onboarding process for new hires including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions. 3. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. 4. Assist in organizing and maintaining HR files, both electronic and physical. 5. Help in coordinating training sessions and workshops for employees. 6. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events. 7. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned. 8. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. 9. Must hire Sales & Marketing interns from different Job sites and social media platforms 10. Maintain an active team of S&M interns to achieve the best perks. 11. Must be able to motivate and achieve the given projection. Perks and Benefits: 1. Internship Completion: If you hire and maintain/Manage 4+ active sales and marketing interns till the end of their internship and make them achieve their Internship Completion targets. 2. Excellence: If you hire and maintain/Manage 6+ active sales and marketing interns till the end of their internship and make them achieve their Internship Completion targets. 3. Letter of Recommendation: If you hire and maintain/Manage 10+ active sales and marketing interns. Till the end of their internship and make them achieve their Internship Completion targets. 4. Stipend of 5000/- rupees will be given on making 5 of your Sales and marketing interns achieve their LOR targets.
