About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. 2. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. 3. Maintain and update employee records in the HR system. 4. Help plan and execute employee engagement activities. 5. Assist with payroll preparation and attendance tracking. 6. Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvements. 7. Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics as needed.
