About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Job Analysis and Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations. Develop detailed job descriptions and specifications. B. Sourcing and Outreach : Use various platforms like job boards, social media, and networking to source potential candidates. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. C. Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. D. Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide candidates with necessary information and guidance for the interview process. E. Assessment and Evaluation: Administer tests or assessments to evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills. Gather feedback from interviewers and determine the suitability of candidates. F. Candidate Engagement : Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and updates. Address candidate concerns and queries regarding the role or recruitment process. G. Offer Management : Prepare and extend job offers, including negotiating terms as needed. Ensure smooth onboarding by coordinating with HR and other relevant teams.
