About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work on open positions, follow and execute the recruitment process 2. Reach out to prospective candidates using Naukri/LinkedIn via phone calls 3. Demonstrate the use of multiple channels in sourcing by attracting candidates through networking, direct approach, referrals, portals, etc. 4. Meet established metrics for sourcing and scheduling candidates 5. Schedule job interviews and assist in the interview process Applicants must be willing to come for an in-person interview at our office in Kharadi (Global Business Hub, next to World Trade Center, Eon IT Park, Kharadi, Pune). This is a full-time work from office internship.
