About the internship Here are the roles and responsibilities of an HR intern 1. Attend all training sessions, meetings, and workshops conducted by the HR Coordinator, managers, and trainers regularly. 2. Complete tasks, assignments, and assessments provided by the company team in a timely manner. 3. Proactively source candidates for the sales and marketing internship by posting job openings on LinkedIn, free job portals, social media, and within your personal network. 4. Review resumes and screen candidates, shortlisting them based on eligibility criteria for the next rounds. 5. Conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates and keep the datasheet updated with all relevant information after each interview. 6. Assist in the onboarding process for new sales and marketing interns you helped hire, ensuring they have all necessary information. 7. Maintain accurate records of attendance and task submissions for the interns you manage. 8. Conduct daily meetings with your team of sales and marketing interns to ensure smooth communication and task progress. 9. Motivate and support your team of interns to help them reach their targets and succeed in their roles.
