About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Managing HR operations and overseeing day-to-day HR activities 2. Handling employee relations and ensuring smooth communication between employees and management 3. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures 4. Supporting recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees 5. Managing employee records and maintaining up-to-date personnel files 6. Assisting in employee performance management and guiding on HR matters 7.
