Join our team at Filmbaker as an HR intern and help us cultivate a positive workplace culture that supports our talented team of filmmakers. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. 2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including organizing orientation sessions and preparing employee handbooks. 3. Coordinate training and development initiatives, such as scheduling workshops and tracking employee progress. 4. Assist with employee relations by responding to inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining employee records. 5. Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or performance management systems. 6. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment. 7. Gain exposure to various HR functions, including benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
