About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Policy development: 1. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies to create a structured and compliant work environment. 2. Research best practices and tailor policies to meet organizational needs. B. System implementation: 1. Help design and implement HR management systems for efficient record-keeping and process automation. 2. Support in setting up performance management and employee feedback mechanisms. C. Onboarding activities management: 1. Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. 2. Prepare welcome kits, orientation schedules, and necessary documentation. D. Salary processing: 1. Assist in organizing and streamlining the salary processing system. 2. Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs and address employee queries related to compensation. E. Administrative assistance: 1. Maintain employee records and HR databases with up-to-date information. 2. Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events. We are currently building our first prototype and looking forward to hiring young engineers who are enthusiastic about propulsion and aerospace technologies.
