About the internship As a Human Resources (HR) intern at University Living Accommodation Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of HR operations. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as organizing and maintaining employee records. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the field of HR and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 1. Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews 2.
