About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings 2. Support the HR team with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions 3. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems 4. Assist with employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing support on HR policies and procedures 5. Collaborate with the HR team on training and development initiatives for employees 6. Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives 7.
