About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Working on end-to-end recruitment, screening, telephonic interviewing, and shortlisting 2. Interviewing candidates using structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions 3. Scheduling in-person rounds of interviews and telephonic rounds of interviews and maintaining coordination until candidates are hired 4. Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews 5.
