The Wedding Saga is seeking a dynamic HR intern with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) and proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word to join our team! 1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases. 2. Support with onboarding new hires, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. 3. Aid in employee relations by helping to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns in a timely and professional manner. 4. Assist in performance management by tracking employee evaluations and providing support to managers in the review process. 5. Help with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, and organizing training sessions. 6. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. 7. Continuously learn and grow in the field of HR by actively participating in team meetings, training sessions, and networking events.
