Support HR team with onboarding new employees, conducting orientations, and maintaining employee records. 3. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration. 4. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents. 5. Assist with employee relations, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive work culture. 6. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activities and training programs. 7. Gain hands-on experience with various HR functions, including compliance, performance management, and HRIS systems.
