Collaborate with HR managers to update and maintain employee records and HR databases. 4. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and improve company culture. 5. Assist in organizing employee events and activities to promote team building and boost morale. 6. Support with HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries. 7. Learn and grow by shadowing HR professionals and gaining real-world experience in all aspects of Human Resources.
