About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Sourcing candidates: Assist in identifying potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring. 2. Screening applications: Review resumes and shortlist profiles that match the job descriptions. 3. Coordinating interviews: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth interview process. 4. Working on job postings: Help draft and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract the right talent. 5. Maintaining applicant data: Update and manage candidate information in the recruitment tracking system. 6. Working on preliminary interviews: Conduct initial telephonic or online screenings to assess candidate suitability. 7. Handling engagement & follow-ups: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. 8. Working on documentation: Assist in preparing offer letters, and contracts, and maintaining recruitment records. 9. Working on analytics & reporting: Compile recruitment metrics and share updates with the HR team.
