About the internship Growth HR Intern - Market Research and Client Engagement As a valuable member of our Growth HR team, you will contribute significantly to improving our HR operations by conducting market research, managing client interactions, and supporting the recruitment process. Your role will focus on identifying industry trends, ensuring seamless client communication, and driving growth through data-driven insights. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and talent acquisition opportunities. 2. Client Communication: Handle client calls with professionalism, understanding their requirements, and providing updates on ongoing processes 3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate insightful reports for internal and client review. Key Skills: 1. Strong Market Research abilities to analyze and interpret industry data. 2. Excellent communication skills for client calls and engagement. 3. Attention to detail for reviewing job requirements and candidate profiles. 4. Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools. 5. Effective multitasking and time management to handle diverse responsibilities.
