About the internship Responsibilities: 1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. 3. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist qualified candidates. 4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. 5. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present recommendations to hiring managers. 6. Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions and negotiate job offers. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. 9. Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
