About the internship As an HR intern you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. We are looking for a candidate who excels in effective communication, possesses strong English proficiency (both spoken and written), and is familiar with AI tools like Canva, ChatGPT, etc. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. 2. Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees. 3. Help the founder and executive team with HR-related projects, presentations, and strategy development. 4. Manage high-level scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up for key stakeholders. 5. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees. 6. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals. 7. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files. 8.Conduct research on HR best practices and recommend innovative solutions to the leadership team. 9. Use AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation, policy drafting, and idea brainstorming. 10. Create presentations and marketing materials using Canva or similar tools for internal and external use. 11. Assist in identifying and integrating the latest digital tools and AI solutions to optimize HR workflows. 12. Stay updated with industry trends, especially in AI, to enhance HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
