About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions. 2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. 3. Utilize recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent. 4. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires. 5. Scheduling interviews & following up in the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
