Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting candidate screenings. 2. Support employee onboarding by preparing documents, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with orientation programs. 3. Maintain and update employee records and databases using MS-Excel and MS-Word. 4. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and organizing HR-related documents. 5. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, including employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes. 6. Provide support in organizing company events, employee recognition programs, and training workshops. 7. Demonstrate English proficiency (written) in drafting emails, memos, and other HR-related communication materials.
