About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers 2. Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company 3. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and procedures 4. Assisting with the organization and delivery of training and development programs for employees 5. Preparing reports and presentations using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for HR meetings and presentations 6. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence 7.
