About the internship MahaCPD is a revolutionary digital platform led by Wargstech, in collaboration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC), designed to transform the way Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is delivered to Registered Medical Practitioners (RMPs) across Maharashtra. The platform combines cutting-edge technology with engaging content to provide an exceptional learning experience, fostering community connections and improving healthcare standards. We are seeking a proactive and driven HR Manager to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a soon-to-be graduate to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in HR operations, from recruitment to full & final settlement, and will have the potential for a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Recruitment & Joining Formalities 2. Payroll Processing 3. Statutory Compliance & Attendance Management 4. Salary Advances, Bonuses. 5. Confirmations & Performance Management 6. Statutory Compliance (ESI, PF, PT, TDS) 7. Exit Interviews & Full & Final Settlement Skills and Qualifications: 1. Soon-to-be graduate or recent graduate in HR Management or related field. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 3. Good understanding of HR functions and compliance regulations. 4. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits: INR 10,000 - 12,000/month + LOR + Certificate Internship convertible to a full-time position following the initial period, depending on performance output and fit.
