About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Job description: Designing and updating job descriptions 2. Sourcing candidates: Using various online channels, such as social media, job boards, and professional platforms, to find potential candidates 3. Screening: Reviewing resumes, cover letters, and applications to shortlist potential candidates 4. Interviewing: Conducting interviews in person, by phone, or using video conferencing software 5. Testing: Preparing and distributing assignments and tests to assess candidates' skills 6. Advertising: Posting job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally 7. Shortlisting: Providing hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates 8.
