About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews 2. Support HR team with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions 3. Utilize MS-Excel to maintain and update employee records and databases 4. Enhance English proficiency through verbal and written communication with employees and stakeholders 5. Collaborate with team members to organize and execute employee engagement activities 6. Develop proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Word for creating reports and presentations 7. Gain insight into HR best practices and policies while contributing to various HR projects and initiatives.
